Description
The St. Joe District stretches westward from the rugged Idaho-Montana border along the Bitterroot Mountains to the rolling Palouse flatlands along the Idaho-Washington border. It is bordered in the north by the St. Joe Mountains, and in the south by a branch of the Clearwater Mountain Range.
